This forms page uses the "other" album - which allows you to easily upload and distribute documents and forms for download. Sort your forms by "groups" to easily organize information. To add forms/documents to this album, click the "edit" icon in the site header, then select, "upload a file" from the files/multimedia menu. Select file type of "other" for PDF, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and any other standard file format documents. To add or manange files on this page, simply click the "edit" button at the top of this page, then select, "other files" from the wizard bar.
